Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the TD Technologies website and set out general information concerning the services offered by TD Technologies. If a client enters into a separate service agreement, proposal, statement of work or other written agreement with TD Technologies, the terms of that agreement may contain additional or different provisions relating to the specific services being provided.
1. ABOUT TD TECHNOLOGIES
TD Technologies provides marketing, customer relationship management, automation and related digital services to businesses. Services may include Meta advertising management, lead generation systems, CRM setup and management, automated lead follow-up, AI-assisted lead qualification, appointment booking systems, workflow automation, websites and landing pages, marketing strategy and related services. The specific services provided to a client should be agreed separately.
2. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Information provided on this website is intended to provide a general overview of TD Technologies and its services. Website content does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee or promise of specific results. Submitting an enquiry, completing a form or booking a call does not by itself create a client relationship or contract for services.
3. SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Before paid services are provided, the scope of work, fees and other relevant commercial arrangements may be agreed separately with the client. Where a separate written agreement exists between TD Technologies and a client, that agreement should be read alongside these website Terms. If there is an inconsistency concerning the specific services being purchased, the applicable client agreement should govern to the extent stated within that agreement.
4. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING SERVICES
Marketing and advertising performance can be affected by factors outside the control of TD Technologies, including market conditions, competition, customer demand, advertising platform decisions, client budgets, pricing, offers, website performance, sales processes, response times, geographic targeting and changes to third-party platforms. TD Technologies does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, sales, appointments, revenue or return on advertising spend unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.
5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our services may rely on third-party platforms and software, including advertising platforms, CRM systems, communications providers, automation platforms, hosting providers and other technology services. Third-party services may change their features, pricing, APIs, policies, availability, account requirements, advertising rules and technical functionality. TD Technologies cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or continued functionality of services controlled by third parties. Clients remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of third-party accounts they own or operate.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information reasonably required for TD Technologies to perform agreed services. Depending on the service, this may include business information, branding assets, account access, advertising account access, website access, CRM access, product or service information, pricing information, offers, availability and customer-facing information. Clients are responsible for ensuring that information, claims, offers and materials they supply to TD Technologies are accurate and lawful.
7. AI AND AUTOMATION
Some TD Technologies services may use artificial intelligence and automated systems. These systems may assist with responding to enquiries, organising information, lead qualification, follow-up, CRM updates, appointment booking and workflow automation. Automated and AI-assisted systems can make mistakes and should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate business judgement or human oversight. The configuration and intended use of such systems should depend on the services agreed with the client.
8. LEADS AND SALES
A lead, enquiry or appointment does not guarantee a sale. The client’s sales process, availability, pricing, communication, service quality and other factors can influence whether an enquiry becomes a customer. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, the client remains responsible for decisions relating to accepting customers, quotations, contracts and the delivery of its own products or services.
9. FEES AND ADVERTISING SPEND
Fees for TD Technologies services should be agreed with the client before the relevant paid services begin. Advertising spend paid to advertising platforms is separate from TD Technologies’ service fees unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TD Technologies retains rights in its own pre-existing materials, systems, processes, designs, templates, workflows, know-how and other intellectual property except where ownership is expressly transferred under a separate written agreement. Clients retain ownership of materials and intellectual property they provide to TD Technologies, subject to permissions reasonably required for TD Technologies to perform the agreed services. Specific ownership arrangements for bespoke deliverables may be addressed in the applicable client agreement.
11. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You must not misuse this website or knowingly interfere with its normal operation. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, associated systems or data. You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
TD Technologies may update, modify or discontinue website features or service offerings from time to time. Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular service will remain available indefinitely. Changes affecting an existing client’s contracted services should be handled in accordance with the applicable client agreement.
13. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful. The detailed allocation of liability relating to paid client services should be set out in the applicable service agreement where appropriate.
14. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
Cancellation and termination arrangements for paid services should be governed by the specific agreement entered into with the client.
15. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through this website is handled as described in the TD Technologies Privacy Policy.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
TD Technologies may update these Terms from time to time. The current version should be published on this page and the Last updated date should be changed when material updates are made.
